Do I need to do anything to prepare my home before my carpet cleaning?
Generally 6-10 hours, But wait 24 hours before you place furniture back on cleaned areas. Also do not remove the plastic tabs or blocks that we placed under furniture items for at least 24 hours.
We move small items like night stands, coffee tables.
We are a fully insured company and make every attempt to correct something if we were the cause of it.
We use a truck mount machine that uses high pressure, and hot water activated chemicals to clean the carpet. The chemicals we use are biodegradable
Vacuuming does not remove the dust and grime that makes it to your pad. Steam cleaning with extraction allows us to pull dust etc. from your padding.
Yes, we will travel outside our service area, but there will be an additional travel fee involved. We do this so we can offer you the same great prices as we offer in our general service area. (We will disclose the travel fee once we have your address).
Yes, schedule permitting. In order to facilitate this, you have to call our office to get on the schedule for same day service as we do not allow online booking for same day services.
We do not offer refunds as this is service work for work that has been completed, however we will make every attempt possible to correct any issue that you may have.
I am from Springfield Born and Raised, My father the late Buster Tanner (Springfield TN) and my Mother the late Barbara Ann Inman Tanner (Cedar Hill TN) lived here their entire lives. My father was a very hard working individual. Many that knew Buster, knew he was a character. I plan on carrying on the hard work that was laid before me and instilled in me by my parents and many other members of my family, the Henderson's, Hunters, Farmers, Mayo's, Inmans, Head's and So on. I am hopeful to grow the business and leave a good name on our family tree that when life has judged me they can say that old guy worked really hard, impeccable character that would give you a fair shake and a square deal.
